Footprint Project Management Ltd brings a fresh approach to client focused project management. Managing Director Con Lawlor has identified the need to provide clients with an integrated, professional and specialised project management service.

With over 20 years direct experience ranging from Boston Properties in the United States, Esat Telecom (now BT) in Dublin and EMC2 in Cork, Con has brought his diverse range of experience to Footprint.

Con brings strong and established relationships with established multinationals across a broad range of sector. He holds a business degree and has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2001. He earned his PMP qualification from PMI in 2004. In the Spring of 2009 Con completed a diploma in Applied Project Management from University College Cork and the Institute of Project Management Ireland.

Over the course of his career to date Con has completed a diverse range of projects from office and data centre construction & fit-outs to facility and utility upgrades and executive level residential projects. Utilizing the general principles of Project Management and a proactive ‘can do’ approach Con has an impressive record of delivering projects on time, within budget and in a manner that generally exceeds client expectations.
