Maximising the use of existing office space has been the key component of a number of projects during the first quarter of 2011. As many of our clients continue to expand and evolve their operations the costs involved in taking on new office leases would make expansion prohibitive.

When Fermoy businessman James Maye committed to volunteering with the ‘Playing for Life’ foundation in Malawi he had to undertake a substantial fundraising initiative. A unique fundraising event was planned and with the help of Footprint Project Management the event proved to be a huge success.

A bank holiday weekend call from a client was a call to action for Footprint Project Management. Our Cork based client had just been awarded a contract with the HSE and had 2 weeks to refurbish office space for 20 staff in Dublin city centre.
